Mr. Ronald L. Rossetti, Sr.

Mr. Rossetti was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Nature Food Centers, Inc., a publicly held health food retailer with 207 stores and over $100 million in revenue. Since February 1997, he has served as President of Riverside Capital Partners, Inc., a venture capital investment firm. Mr. Rossetti has served as a Director of Tier Technologies, a publicly held $115 million information technology service provider to the government, healthcare, utilities and finance markets, since November 1995. From 1976 until September 1994, Mr. Rossetti was on the advisory board of Hamilton Associates, a real estate developer, and serves as a trustee of Northeastern University. He received a B.S. from Northeastern University.
