Mr. Lawrence Howorth
Mr. Howorth is an entrepreneurial executive
with operating and financial experience in Internet, software
development, on-line marketing and technical training companies.
Developed and managed international operations in the Pacific
Rim, UK, Europe and Canada.
From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Howorth was Co-Founder,
Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Event411, a developer
of Web-based software solutions for planning, management,
registration and travel-related solutions and travel-related
infrastructure, raising $35million in the process. From
1996 to 1998, Mr. Howorth was Co-Founder, President and
Chief Financial Officer of SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing,
a privately held multinational interactive marketing and
online media sales organization and part of the SOFTBANK
organization. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Howorth was President,
Pacific Rim operations, Chief Financial Officer and a member
of the Board of Directors of Learning Tree International,
a multinational technical training and education company.
Mr. Howorth also served in various capacities
for Smith International, Nu-Central Homes, KPMG and the
Royal Bank of Canada.

Ms. Dorothy Langer
Dorothy Langer is President and founder
of Langer and Company, a strategy consulting firm. Ms. Langer
has worked with over 90 companies in software, the Internet,
hardware and systems, digital imaging and biotech.
Her functional expertise includes sales, marketing, strategic
planning and business development. Clients include Lotus
Development, Adobe, Kodak, Polaroid, PictureTel, ProCD,
Thinq Learning Solutions, MuseumShop.com, EnvoyWorldwide,
edu.com and Books24x7.com.
Prior to founding Langer and Company,
Ms. Langer was a Vice President with 3i Ventures and launched
the Boston office. Before joining 3i, Ms. Langer lead the
development of Businessland centers in the northeast region
and ran worldwide sales and marketing for Gartner Group.
She began her career with IBM where she held management
positions in sales, marketing and strategic planning. Langer
received her B.S. in Chemistry from Simmons College.

Mr. Peter Miller
Peter Miller has worked with a number
of companies in software, technical professional services,
Internet, and telecommunications as an officer, advisor, or
director. These include SNAP Software, a sales automation
company sold to Dun & Bradstreet; Waterfield Technology
Group, a high-end client/server professional services firm
sold to Whittman Hart, Scribe Software, a rapidly growing
demand chain management software firm, and Molecular, a leading
Internet professional services firm. Mr. Miller has also consulted
on operations, strategy, software, and planning for Reliant
Energy, Eastern Telephone, Tucker Rocky Distributing, USAGroup,
Banta Corporation, Unum Insurance, and Copyright Clearance
Center, among others.
Mr. Miller also advises clients on strategy
and due diligence with regard to acquisitions and works with
clients to solve cash hemorrhage problems resulting from unfortunate
acquisitions. He was a founder of Abt Associates, a $140 million
research and consulting firm while attending MIT’s Sloan School
of Management and serves on various boards, most recently
the International MIT Enterprise Forum, of which he is immediate
past Chair.
Mr. Miller holds an S.B. from MIT, which
was followed by the Master’s program at MIT’s Sloan School
of Management.

Mr. Al Weingartner
Mr. Weingartner has over 30 years experience
in the computer and software industry. Since 1993, Mr. Weingartner
has managed his own consulting practice, Topix Technologies,
focused on serving international high-tech companies. Prior
to Topix, Mr. Weingartner served as Senior Vice President
and was on the Board of Directors of Rainbow Technologies,
a software security company. He launched Rainbow's international
business, participated actively in its initial and follow-on
public offerings and concluded a $20 million acquisition
of its largest competitor, Microphar, a French company headquartered
in Paris. Rainbow reached a market capitalization of $250
million during his tenure.
Prior to Rainbow, Mr. Weingartner participated
in several start-ups seeking to expand internationally,
first with Timesharing Development, a software accounting
firm featuring financial consolidation and management reporting
via General Electric Company's worldwide computer network.
Mr. Weingartner started his career with the General Electric
Company in its Information Services Computer Division and
culminated in his appointment to head the European Marketing
Operations, based in London. Mr. Weingartner holds an MBA
from University of Southern California and a BSEE from Drexel
University.
