Todd Gresham

Todd Gresham is the Founder and a Senior Partner of Meritage Associates. With over 20 years of experience focused within the storage market, Gresham brings senior management experience with particular focus on global channel strategy, channels development, and marketing acumen.

Previous to Meritage, Gresham served as Vice President of Global OEM and Reseller Sales at EMC. While at EMC, Gresham was responsible for over $1 billion dollars in annual revenues. Prior to EMC, Gresham served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, as well as General Manager of Asia/Pacific Operations at CLARiiON, then a division of Data General. Before CLARiiON, Gresham held the General Manager, Optical Business Unit and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Laser Magnetics Division positions at Philips (Netherlands) and the Vice President of Reseller and Channel Sales position at StorageTek. Gresham is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Glasshouse Technologies and has held a number of Board of Advisor seats throughout his career. Gresham attended Texas Tech University.

Ms. Lisa Hart

Lisa Hart is a Senior Partner at Meritage Associates and has over 20 years in the Storage and Storage Networking space. She has held senior positions in the areas of Business Development, Strategic Planning, Market Development, Product Marketing and Sales. Lisa spent 16 years at StorageTek, a Two-Billion Dollar company, focused on Storage and Networking Solutions. She also founded a consulting business practice, working with start-ups and emerging companies and was a partner with IN_fusion, an advisory services firm group focused on the data storage and network markets. Over her career, she has built and managed several marketing organizations, which successfully brought innovative products to market. She has initiated new opportunities and business partnerships in emerging technology markets, resulting in new business ventures and increased revenues. Lisa is a published author and guest speaker. She serves on several Executive Advisory Boards and is affiliated with a variety of business organizations. She holds a degree in Business Management and several certifications in the areas of Strategy and Negotiations.

Mr. Harris Ravine

Harris Ravine is a Senior Partner at Meritage Associates. Harris has over 20 years of executive management and board member experience in storage and networking technology, e-finance and technology venture capital.

While an advisor to Telecom Partners, he served as Chairman of Exenet; a New York based internet infrastructure and services business. Ravine has served as a director on the board of Amplicon Financial. He formerly was chairman and CEO of Andataco/IPL Systems Inc., a leader in the open systems data storage market. Mr. Ravine became a partner of InFusion; an advisory services firm group focused on the data storage and network markets, in June 2000. Previously, Ravine was a managing partner of Broe Investment Capital, a private equity venture fund. He held various senior executive positions such as Group Officer for Mid-Range Markets, Executive Vice President-International, and CFO at Storage Technology and founded California First National Bank, a full service e-bank. During his tenure at Storage Technology he led the restructuring of the company when it emerged from Chapter 11, in the process raising over $500 million in equity and equity related instruments.

In addition, he has acted as an advisor, either as a member of the Board or counsel with Control Data, Honeywell and MCC. He holds both a BA and JD from the University of Minnesota. He has taught at the University of Minnesota, Denver University and the University of Colorado-Boulder where he was the recipient of a Ford Foundation Grant.
