Ms. Margaret S.C. Johns, Founder, Managing
Director
Ms. Johns, Founder and Managing Director
of BlueLake Partners, has over 20 years of experience in finance.
From 1986 until 2000, Ms. Johns was a Managing Director at
Needham & Company, an emerging growth investment bank, where
she was co-head of the Boston Office and created and ran the
Private Placement practice. While at Needham, Ms. Johns' clients
included: Ambit Design Systems, Photronics, Solectron, StorageTek,
Verisity and Western Digital. Prior to Needham & Company,
Ms. Johns was with Harrison Capital, a venture capital firm
and wholly owned subsidiary of Texaco, and Sandia National
Laboratories, where she was a Member of the Technical Staff.
Ms. Johns holds an MBA from Harvard Business
School, an MS in Applied Mechanics from Stanford University
and a BS in Material Sciences from the Columbia University
School of Applied Science and Engineering.

Mr. R. Stephen Cheheyl
Mr. Cheheyl is a seasoned executive with
over 25 years of experience in the computer and data communications
industries. His career includes companies ranging in size
from start-ups with no product or sales to multi-national
corporations with over $6 billion in revenue. Mr. Cheheyl
was the financial officer responsible for three separate initial
public offerings including Applicon, Alliant and Wellfleet's,
follow-on offerings, numerous private financings and a series
of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cheheyl served as Senior
Vice President of Finance and Administration at Wellfleet
Communications. While he was with the company, it grew from
$10 million in revenue to over $500 million in just four years.
Since retiring as Executive Vice President
of Business Operations at Bay Networks, a $2 billion data
networking company formed through the merger of Wellfleet
and Synoptics Communications, he has become a private investor
and consultant. Steve is currently a member of the board of
directors for 2 privately held and 2 publicly held technology
companies. Mr. Cheheyl earned his undergraduate degree from
Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Mr. Harris Ravine
With more than 20 years of business experience
in a wide range of markets, Mr. Ravine has established a track
record for serving as a catalyst for successful growth. He
has held a number of senior positions with Storage Technology,
BMC Industries and Andataco. At Storage Technology Mr. Ravine
served as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Executive
Vice President. During his tenure he led the restructuring
of the company when it emerged from Chapter 11, in the process
raising over $500 million in equity and equity related instruments.
In addition, he has acted as an advisor,
either as a member of the Board or counsel with Control Data,
Honeywell and MCC. Currently, Mr. Ravine serves as Chairman
to several private venture-backed companies and serves as
an adviser to Telecom Partners. He holds both a BA and JD
from the University of Minnesota.
